Today was a hard day in the studio. I decided to lay down the mandolin tracks for the songs that I had finished the previous day. For some reason, it was real difficult to pour out what was in my head into reality through the mandolin. I tried three songs, finally just got frustrated and decided to add the vocals on Y Volvere, which we hadn't finished yesterday. That went well, and I proceeded to record the guitar and vocal tracks for three more songs. I tried the last one, to wrap up the bases for all the album, but I just couldn't get the sound I wanted. I decided to scrap it till tomorrow. Greg made a demo tape for me to take home so I can work out some mandolin parts.

Had a margarita...going to bed...tomorrow will be better...
